Hasan Ali, M.D.
Dr. Ali completed medical school in India, where he was noted the best outgoing
student from his class. He then went on to complete his Residency in Internal
Medicine, receiving a gold medal, followed by a Fellowship in Gastroenterology.
Gaurav Jain, M.D.
Dr. Jain graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University. He
received his Medical Degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He
completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Massachusetts and
completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Yale University Norwalk Hospital.
Amy Patrick, M.D.
Dr. Patrick has been practicing gastroenterology in Delaware for 12 years and
is one of the founding members of MAGIC. She is a graduate of Vassar College and the
University of Pennsylvania School Of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine
residency and gastroenterology fellowship training at the Graduate Hospital of the
University of Pennsylvania, and is Board Certified in Gastroenterology.
Scott Meyerson, M.D.
Dr. Meyerson joined Mid-Atlantic G.l. Consultants in 1998. Graduating with
honors from the University of Pennsylvania, he then earned his Medical Degree from
Temple University. After finishing his Internal Medicine Residency at Cooper Hospital/
University Medical Center, Dr. Meyerson completed a three year Gastroenterology
Fellowship at Wayne State University.
Prasad Kanchana, M.D.
Dr. Kanchana graduated from Mysore Medical School, India with honors. He completed
his Residency in Internal Medicine from State University of NY Stony Brook. Dr
Kanchana completed his Fellowship in Gastroenterology & Hepatology from Albert
Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia. He holds the title of Clinical Assistant Professor
of Medicine, Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia.
Christopher Ruffini, M.D.
Dr. Christopher Ruffini received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Lafayette College
in Pennsylvania. After receiving his Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College in
Philadelphia, Dr. Ruffini went on to complete his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at
Presbyterian Medical Center and his Residency in Internal Medicine at Lankenau
Hospital.
